Returns & Refunds policy

At Keynote Learner, our goal is to make sure you’re completely satisfied with your shopping experience. We understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned, which is why we’ve created a comprehensive Returns & Refunds Policy to make the process as smooth as possible for you.

Cancellation of Orders:

You have the right to cancel your order within 30 days of receiving it, without having to provide a reason. This gives you ample time to assess your purchase and decide if it’s right for you. The 30-day cancellation period starts from the date you receive the goods or when someone other than the carrier takes possession of them on your behalf.

Refunds:

Once you’ve initiated a return, we’ll process your refund within 30 days of receiving the returned goods. We’ll issue the refund using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, and you won’t incur any fees for the refund.

Conditions for Returns:

To be eligible for a return, the goods must meet certain conditions:

  1. They must have been purchased within the last 30 days.
  2. They must be in their original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items:

While we strive to accommodate returns whenever possible, there are some items that are not eligible for return. These include:

  1. Goods that have been customized or personalized for you.
  2. Items that cannot be returned due to health or hygiene reasons, if they’ve been unsealed after delivery.
  3. Downloadable or online-delivered goods.
  4. Goods that have been mixed with other items after delivery in a way that makes them inseparable.

Returning Goods:

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to us. We recommend using an insured and trackable mail service to ensure the safe return of the items. Please ship the goods to the following address:

Gift Returns:

If you received the goods as a gift, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return once we’ve received the returned product. If the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves, they will receive the refund instead.

Returning and Exchange Process:

Returning an item:

  1. If you wish to return an item, please ensure it meets the eligibility criteria mentioned in our Returns & Refunds Policy.
  2. Contact our customer support team at [email protected] to initiate the return process. Please provide your order details, including the order number and the items you wish to return.
  3. Once your return request is approved, you will receive instructions on how to proceed with shipping the item back to us.
  4. Pack the item securely in its original packaging, if possible, and ship it to the provided address using an insured and trackable shipping method. Remember that you are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the item.
  5. Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will process your refund within 30 days. You will receive the refund via the original payment method used for the purchase.

Exchanging an item:

  1. If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please follow the same steps outlined above for returning an item.
  2. When contacting our customer support team to initiate the return process, clearly state that you would like to exchange the item and provide details of the desired replacement.
  3. Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions on how to return the original item and facilitate the exchange process.
  4. If the desired replacement item is available, we will ship it to you once we receive the returned item. If the replacement item is not available, we will process a refund for the returned item as per our Returns & Refunds Policy.
  5. If there is a price difference between the original item and the replacement item, we will adjust the refund or charge accordingly.
